Was Marilyn Monroe an LCHFer?

That’s probably a bit of a stretch, but she definitely ate an interesting diet. According to a 1952 interview in Pageant magazine (via FitPerez) a daily menu looked like this:

Breakfast: 1 cup of warm milk with two raw eggs mixed into it

Lunch: None

Dinner: Broiled steak, lamb or liver with 4-5 raw carrots

Evening snack: Hot fudge sundae

I’m with her on the eggs and steak. Not so much on the milk, carrots and sundae, but she definitely didn’t seem to be afraid of fat! And, let’s face it, she wore it well.
